We understand time is money so we offer a quick, economical design package for small, simple roof mount residential jobs. If your site has no significant snow load and the house was built in 1975 or later, we will provide engineering calculations for submittal to the building department within 24-hours for a fixed fee price of $300. You can simply email your plans to us for review and pay for your order via the PayPal link below.

What we'll need with your submittal:
1. Roof plans for the solar installation including panel layout and anchor locations in trusses / rafters.
2. Site plan of property w/ address.
3. Applicable ground snow load, if any.
4. Engineering documentation for the rail system, anchoring system, and panel fastening system to be used.
5. If micro-inverters are to be attached to the back of the panels, we will need a cut sheet for the inverter.
